We will not ship your order until all payments have been received and you have signed the digital proof. Once this happens we print your order and then begin our packing and shipping process. You can expect your happy-mail to be shipped within 7-10 business days. If you are rushing and unsure if we can meet your deadline, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs! 

Please contact us for a custom quote for shipping outside of Canada. Please also keep in mind that international delivery can take an additional 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer). You will be liable for any additional international processing fees, which are due upon delivery of your order. Hooray cannot be responsible for orders put on hold by customs. However, we will do our very best to work with you to avoid this type of problem. 

Canada Post is our designated mail carrier to all Canadian Addresses. For information on orders damaged or lost in transit, please follow the links or talk to your nearest Canada Post Service Agent. 

International and rush orders may vary in carrier, please contact us for a custom quote. 

If you are not home or unapple to accept your package, all carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. As we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be liable for the return shipping fees if the carrier is unable to get the package to you (usually this is only after multiple attempts by the carrier). Additionally, if the address that you provided us with was incorrect, there will be a $10 service fee charged in addition to any reshipping fees. Please double-check your mailing address! 

ALSO IMPORTANT: Hooray Paper Co.’s responsibility ends upon pick up of the product by the carrier. In case of damage to your shipment, please contact your carrier immediately in writing outlining loss and/or damage. 

On occasion, packages may be stolen or lost in transit. Again, this issue must be taken up with the carrier, as we are no longer responsible for the packaged once it has been shipped. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. 

The shipping charge includes the price of shipping, delivery confirmation, and packaging. Insurance can also be included at an additional cost, please contact us for pricing. 

Payment

We accept payment by Credit or Debit, processed through our website either via Strip, Moneris or PayPal. Hooray Paper Co. is a licensed business in British Columbia, and as such, is required by law to charge an additional 12% sales tax on all orders (7% PST and 5% GST). 

NOTE:  Email is not a secure means of transmitting payment information, such as credit card numbers. We will never ask for payment information via email, and we will also not accept payment sent in this form.  

Full Payment is required before any processing, at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email your order begins processing and a proof will be sent to your email for confirmation within 2-3 business days*. Please keep an eye out for this communication, as a delay here could delay your happy-mail. We will not continue with production until we have your approval. 

IMPORTANT: Once a digital proof has been sent to you and we receive approval, the order is placed and cannot be cancelled or changed

You will receive an email from our studio once your package has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for transit times, as this is the responsibility of the carrier. Again, if you require expedited delivery, please let us know. Additional charges may apply, but we can usually accommodate such needs. 

Hooray Proofs

At Hooray Paper Co. we promise to do everything in our power to make our customers happy. Sometimes, this process can be time consuming. As we are a team of designers working on multiple orders, we must add a surcharge for additional time spent on orders. All design orders are limited to TWO sets of revisions. Should a customer need additional proofs beyond the first two, a $45 fee will be charged for each proof. 

Please review your proof thoroughly. Hooray Paper Co. is not responsible for any spelling and grammatical errors, or guest names mistakes. With multiple points of inspection, we work hard to make sure we catch any mistakes prior to print. However, it is ultimately the customers responsibility for checking and correcting mistakes prior to proof approval. 

Once final approval has been signed off, no additional changes can be made. At this point, the customer will need to repurchase the item (at full cost) if additional customization is required. 

PLEASE triple-check your order carefully before ordering AND sending us your digitally signed proof-approval. We all want the final result to be the swoon-worthy, happy-mail you dreamed of!

Hooray Return Policy

Purchased designs from Hooray Paper Co. are all final sale. We cannot be responsible for a change of mind, but we can work with you to make sure your designs are everything you hoped for. We do this by providing proof BEFORE printing, and only continue with processing upon your approval. 

Please note that colors may vary between monitors and browsers. We cannot guarantee the screen colour to be an accurate representation of the colour in print. That being said, colour representation has never been an issue for us, and we pride ourselves in our quality ink & paper.

All stationary is thoroughly inspected by our design team prior to shipping. In the case that there is a printing mistake that has been missed, our team will replace the item(s) free of charge (shipping included).  Requests for reprints must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s) in question. 

Reprints are granted at our discretion, and picture proof is necessary to confirm printing mistakes. Once a reprint request has been received and approved by our design team, the order will be processed immediately.

Hooray Damages Policy

Hooray Cancellation Policy

As noted above, purchased designs from Hooray Paper Co. are final sale. We cannot be responsible for a change of mind, but we can work with you to make sure your designs are everything you hoped for. We do this by providing proof BEFORE printing, and only continue with processing upon your approval.

Once payment is received, an order cannot be cancelled by the buyer. 

Hooray Paper Co. reserves the right to process an order at any time, due to extenuating circumstances. If a customer is verbally abusive or becomes too difficult to work with, or a maximum of 10 edits and proofs has been met, Hooray reserves the right to process the final proof without customer consent. The processing of an order without consent will only occur in extreme circumstances, and this action will be preceded by a minimum three ‘warning’ emails. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose items accurately and decisively before placing an order. This being said, we will always try to work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and happy-mail.

Hooray Custom Designs

All pre-made designs AND those custom-created for customers are designated as Hooray Paper Co’s intellectual property. Upon purchasing a ‘Custom Design’, the customer understands that these designs are owned by Hooray Paper Co. and may be sold as future Hooray Paper Co. products or used in Hooray Paper Co. advertising. Additionally, all custom-design fees are non-refundable. Hooryay Paper Co products are not for resale unless a formal contract has been formed. 

Hooray, We Respect Your Privacy

At Hooray Paper Co., we take the privacy of our customers very seriously.
Your personal information may be used for internal processes, such as tracking your order or analyzing order trends. Your personal information will never be shared with external sources, unless your permission has been granted.
You will only be sent email correspondence that relates to your order, unless you have requested to follow us via newsletter. Our promise to those subscribing to our newsletter is to ONLY send you content that will excite your stationary dreams and help you organize your big day. And deals – we will definitely send you some sweet deals!
To remove yourself from our newsletter, please send an email to info@hooraypaperco.com with your request. In doing so, you will be removed from our newsletter service within 2-3 business days. 

Most of our correspondence at Hooray Paper Co. is done via email, such as sharing confirmation and details about the order, and requests for proof-approval. We will not share your email address with any third parties, other than the shipping provider delivering your order. 

As Hooray Paper Co. is an online business, we rely on the use of web analytics and cookies to track our site visitors and their shopping experience. We use this information in order to improve our own business, and we will never share this information with third parties. Additionally, through using Moneris and PayPal, we do not store any payment information on our system. Thus, adding an additional level of privacy and security to our business. 

Hooray Giveaways & Freebies

At Hooray Paper Co., we love to have fun with our customers and give away freebies through surveys and contests (another reason to subscribe to our newsletter!). Participation in these giveaways is completely voluntary. Participation may require us to collect personal information from you, which will only be used to notify the winners of these giveaways. Again, this information will only be used internally and will never be shared with external sites, unless permission is given. Exceptions may be in the form of joined giveaways, such as a giveaway involving multiple wedding vendors, for example. In any case of exception, the parties included in the contest will be clearly stated.

At Hooray Paper Co., we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at our discretion. Please review the policy prior to ordering, as policy information may change over time.
